Fall Fellowship 2016My name is Tanner Waller, and I am currently serving as the Lodge Vice Chief of Program. I am in charge of all the program that happens within the lodge, including our biggest event of the year, Fall Fellowship. Fellowship takes place September 16th - 18th, right here at Boxwell Scout Reservation.

This years theme is “Fall Fellowship” which includes; food, fellowship, and tons of activities. Some of the main activities that we will be having include; a Blow-up Obstacle Course, Zip Line, Gaga Pit, Glow in the Dark Capture the Flag, a Dunking Booth for lodge officers and Nation Chief, Hunter Jones, and many more fun activities. This event is also where we will elect the Lodge Officers for the 2017 year. We are planning for this to be the biggest event of the year and we can't make that happen without you! Come out and take in all the advantages that the OA has too offer at this years Fall Fellowship. Registration will go online a month before the event at www.wa-hi-nasa.org.

OA 100 LogoSeptember 18-20, 2015, is fast approaching and with it comes the OA Fall Fellowship. Unlike the recent Ordeals, which focus on service back to the community and the summer camp, Fall Fellowship is all about camaraderie and fun.

The theme of this year’s Fall Fellowship is OA Warriors. Everyone participating in the events will be assigned to one of 8 teams on Friday night and can use that night to get to know the rest of their team through fun and simple activities. Beginning on Saturday, the teams will begin rotating through many stations where they will be presented with a challenge, which they must complete within a time limit. Depending on how well the station is completed, the team will be given points and at the end of the day, the winning team will win several prizes for every team member.

If you would like to run for a Lodge office position, Chief, Vice Chief, Secretary, Treasurer, you will need to fill out this form and bring it to Fall Fellowship.

The events are:
1. Cooking
2. Mega Cornhole
3. Tomawhawk & Javelin Throw
4. Fires and Candles
5. Frisbee golf
6. Canoeing
7. Zip line
8. Dodgeball

To end Saturday night and to celebrate the 100 years anniversary of the OA, there will be a huge banquet with fabulous food and several nationally recognized OA members such as past National Vice Chief Taylor Bobrow. Other fun festivities will conclude the night.

Finally, everyone will wake up on Sunday morning and quickly begin Officer Elections for the 2015-2016 year after breakfast. The event will promptly end after the elections and everyone will go home well fed and happy. We all look forward to seeing many happy faces at this Fall Fellowship.

The cost of the weekend is $38 until Saturday September 12th. After the 12th, the cost will be $43 so register NOW!!

Fall Fellowship

Fall-Fellowship-14Yep it is the most fun in Wa-Hi-Nasa in 2014. Y'all know we all live in Tennessee or Fort Campbell, KY. so, we all have a little redneck or country in us. Just think about good eatin, raft racin', boats (Phil's Navy), and a chance to do something different. "Boxwell ain't seen nothing like this since Hank Williams and the boys from Louisana came through with Z.Z. top way back when......" said my pappy.

Why our Lodge Chief Andrew Whitaker says you can even go on a computer or your smart phone and sign-up. He done told me you can go here to register. Please register on site. If you ain't got no smart phone like me you can mail your money in to the council office or pay at the Fall Ordeal. Ask y'all's ma or pa for the credit card and register today.

Speaking about doing something different Lodge Vice Chief of Fun Sid Salazar says...
