through March 1, 2013 the cost is $27. After this date, the cost goes up to $35. What do you get for this bargain price? You get to stay at Latimer Reservation, cafeteria style meals, games, fellowship, and much more for the whole weekend. Last year, streamlined your training so that you could spend less time in the classroom and more time having fun! This year, we will continue to offer more fun with your quality training. The weekend will feature shooting and mountain biking afternoon, a leadership and learning movie Saturday night, and a very special keynote guest. And, the first 30 Youths to register have a chance to stay in one of Latimer’s new cabins!

This year, OAU training sessions will focus on one of four areas: Ceremonies, Leadership, OA Studies, and Adult Leadership & Advising.

Ceremonies will focus on regalia, ceremonies techniques, and skills, and will end with mock ceremony teams running through actual ceremonies.

Leadership is designed for lodge and chapter officers and committee chairs and is an invaluable course on getting the job done.

OA Studies will give a great overview of what the OA is all about and focus on Elangomat training. This track is for Arrowmen who are not yet in a leadership position but want to become more involved with the OA.

Adult Leadership & Advising will focus on training our more seasoned Arrowmen to advise at the lodge and chapter levels and will have a special class on Journey to Excellence. In addition, there will be a few special training opportunities for all Arrowmen.

OAU is not all work; it is a weekend full of fun. The evening is full of events for everybody. There are two ways to register: online or mailing payment with the event registration form.
