2014 Council Jamboree Oa Service Crew PatchThe Middle Tennessee Council - Boy Scouts of America has 2 specific needs from the Lodge for Council Jamboree

The Wa-Hi-Nasa will be proving an OA Service Corps at the Middle Tennessee Council Jamboree on the weekend of October 3rd-5th with arrival starting at noon on Friday. Approximately 80 members are needed for the service corps. If you would like to be a part of this great staff, register online at 
and select OA Service Corps for your staff area. The cost will be $15 for meals if you choose to eat with the staff. This selection, along with sleeping arrangements, is explained further in the registration process. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity, and the opportunity to get a special OA Service Corps patch.

Oa Summit Experience3 of Wa-Hi-Nasa Lodge's finest are participating in the inaugural event, OA Summit Experience. Sid Salazar and Carter Gillenwater from Troop 135 in Franklin, TN are in the first crew and 2013 OA National Chief Matt Brown is serving as assistant director of the program.

We are inviting all Order of the Arrow Alumni to an Alumni Gathering during the Fall Fellowship on Saturday, 9/14 from 1:30 to 3:30 PM at the Howard B. Olson Lodge at Boxwell Reservation. Come share some Brotherhood, and celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the Wa-Hi-Nasa Lodge. Refreshments and light snacks will be served.

Arrowman, thanks to your efforts in 2011, we have been asked to again turn LP Stadium PINK for the Oct 6th Breast Cancer Awareness Football game!

We are looking for Scouts and adults to help put Breast Cancer Awareness signs on all 65,000 seats at LP Stadium on Sat Oct 5th beginning at 8am until the Upper Deck and Club sections are completed. The Lower Bowl will be completed Sunday morning from 6:30 am until 9:45am.

This event is primarily limited to Boy Scouts, Venturers, volunteers and parents, but Cub Scouts are welcome as long as a parent accompany them due to the nature of the task and the time demands.

Special Events

The Tennessee Titans and the Middle Tennessee Council are teaming up together at Titan’s home games this season and your boys are invited to participate. (Uniformed) Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Venturers along with their (uniformed) leaders are needed to pass out Titans welcoming gifts to fans arriving at all Titan’s home games. Scouts and leaders can volunteer to assist at any and all games to their choosing and each will receive a volunteer concourse admission stub to enjoy the game after their duties are done passing out gifts. Parking passes (first come basis) are available to volunteers bringing a group for each game.
