conclave-centennial-2010And We Better BE Ready!!!conclave_logo

Mark your calendars for April 16-18, 2010. Over 1,000 Arrowmen from Tennessee, Kentucky, and other surrounding states will be at Boxwell Reservation that weekend for the Section SR-6 Conclave. At the Section Conclave, Order of the Arrow members gather for world-class training, games, and fellowship. This event only comes to Middle Tennessee roughly once in a decade and we want to showcase our flagship camp to many of the best Scouts and Scouters in the region.

Preparations for the section conclave on April 16-18 are well underway. Already Service Lodge Chairman Matt Brown who is our new Lodge Chief has recruited a staff of 54 people to help serve. "The 54 Arrowmen who have agreed to serve is just the beginning" said Matt. We need 300 of our lodge members to attend this event for both the fun and to serve our brothers from Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Mississippi, Virginia, and Georgia. This is really a historic event in the history of our Lodge. Since Wa-Hi-Nasa began in 1938, Boxwell Reservation has only hosted this event 4 times. This will be largest gathering of Order of the Arrow members this year except for at the National Jamboree.
