Every summer at Scouting's three national high adventure bases, Order of the Arrow youth members have an opportunity to affordably visit one of Scouting's crown jewels and perform valuable service. These programs at Philmont Scout Ranch, Northern Tier, and Sea Base, are one of the best bargains in all of Scouting. At each base, participants spend approximately one week performing trail and portage maintenance or working on other service projects. For the second week, participants design their own trek or voyage.Â
