Mark your calendar for March 9-11, 2012 for this fantastic event. From now through March 2, 2012 the cost is $27. After this date, the cost goes up to $31. What do you get for this bargain price? You get to stay at Latimer Reservation, cafeteria style meals, games, fellowship, and much more for the

whole weekend. This year we are streamlining your training so that you can spend less time in the classroom and more time having fun! The weekend will feature a high adventure event Saturday afternoon, a leadership and learning movie Saturday night, and a service project Sunday morning. And, the first 30 Youths to register have a chance to stay in one of Latimer's new cabins!

This year, OAU training sessions will focus on one of four areas: Ceremonies, Leadership, OA Studies, and Adult Leadership & Advising. Ceremonies will focus on regalia, ceremonies techniques, and skills, and will end with mock ceremony teams running through actual ceremonies.

Leadership is designed for lodge and chapter officers and committee chairs and is an invaluable course on getting the job done. OA Studies will give a great overview of what the OA is all about and what your opportunities are as a member. This track is for Arrowmen who are not yet in a leadership position. Finally, Adult Leadership & Advising will focus on training our more seasoned Arrowmen to advise at the lodge and chapter levels.

OAU is not all work; it is a weekend full of fun. The evening is full of events for everybody. Good times are had by all at games, sports, food, fellowship and much more. There are two ways to register: online at wa-hi-nasa.org or mailing payment with the event registration form.

Gold Card Members: Due to limited cabin space, all Gold Card holders will need to register online for a chance to stay in a cabin. You will not have to pay again for the event.
